For more than ten years, McKing has provided program support to the CDC’s International Micronutrient Malnutrition Prevention and Control program and the Food Fortification Initiative to address the problem of micronutrient malnutrition. McKing provides support internationally to promote widespread fortification of flours and other food staples, as well as the manufacturing and distribution of nutritional supplements to help eliminate vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
