Our staff have supported HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment activities through management consulting and programmatic activities in several countries in collaboration with CDC’s Global AIDS Program.  Activities performed by our staff included:

• Preparing Prevention of Mother-to-Child HIV Transmission (PMTCT) treatment and care guidelines and delivering trainings around these guidelines
• Developing behavioral change communications such as radio serial dramas to promote reproductive health and prevention of HIV/AIDS
• Conducting program review of in-country activities
• Delivering training on laboratory management and testing for STD clinics
• Conducting operational assessments and assisting in-country offices to refine administrative, management and operational procedures
