McKing deploys staff to countries around the world to provide short- and long-term technical assistance and support to government programs and to community-based organizations and initiatives.
Working overseas poses many challenges. Preparation and careful planning are key to ensuring a safe and successful international work experience. Because we are culturally competent and aware, respectful, and linguistically skilled, our staff can meet in-country program needs, working collaboratively with partner organizations, foreign governments, and local firms. Working abroad, McKing has learned to coordinate in-country leadership, management, and organizations as we adapt to different cultures and practices while maintaining the highest standards.
