Ms. Bailey has over twenty years of experience as a senior-level executive in the federal government sector supporting private organizations.  In her current role as Vice President/Director of Operations, Ms. Bailey is responsible for leading business development efforts and providing oversight of the Atlanta office.  She supports programmatic efforts and provides guidance to project managers.

Ms. Bailey’s career has focused on public health working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for 20+ years.  Prior to joining McKing, Ms. Bailey has utilized her technical, management and business development skills to support organizations and the federal government in finding solutions to complex problems.

Ms. Bailey holds a Master of Arts in Biological Anthropology from the State University of New York, Binghamton, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.
